Our client service department assists customers with all general questions including information about the status of the test orders, supplies, insurance information and billing. Every representative take part in extensive training in the day-to-day operation of the laboratory as well as Signature Service course to ensure proper phone skills and etiquette.
In addition to general information about Everest Medical Laboratory, the Client Service Department provides:
- Phone/Fax notification of Physician Alert Critical/Panic Values
- Processing for add-ons and cancellations
- New account sign-on and orientations
- Blood collection requirements and Phlebotomy supply requests
